A.B. has worked with executive and leadership teams to develop and implement organizational strategies using business process improvement tools and information technologies across several industries. Certified as Microsoft Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Solution Architect, he has implement Microsoft Server and Office products, including SharePoint Server, to support organizational strategy deployments. These strategy deployments are developed using Six Sigma tools and teams, SIPOC analysis, Theory of Constraint thinking tools, and several other analytical frameworks.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, A.B. received a Masters of Business Administration with a major in strategic information systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Denise Coleman is a life long learner and is dedicated to spreading the importance of critical thinking to the masses. She is an accomplished singer who decided that improving organizational systems would be a more important legacy than recording songs. As a consultant , Denise has always been recognized for her ability to “listen to understand” and empathize with conflicting management and employee positions. She always seeks a win/win balance between the need for organizations to make a profit to stay in business and the personal needs of individuals. She Is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
A graduate of Old Dominion University. Denise received a Masters of Science in Leadership Studies from the University of Tennessee.

Greg Coleman brings more than 15 years of management expertise to the team. He has extensive experience leading teams through complex and rapidly changing situations and has advised early-stage, mid-stage, and Fortune 100 companies in a number of critical areas, including strategy, management, operations, business development, and marketing.
Greg served in the District of Columbia Air National Guard where he was a senior pilot with over 60 combat and combat support missions in the Balkans and Middle East.
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Greg received a Masters of Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Sustainability Studies from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute,
were he coordinated operations with 30 local businesses in an incubator to accelerate technological growth.
Taylor is currently focused on developing Project Management Solutions using Microsoft Office 365.

Bill Pierce is originally from Setauket, NY and first came to Knoxville to play viola in the pit band for the “Sing Tennessee” show at the 1982 World’s Fair. He performed several concerts with the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra during the summer of 1982, but he assumed his current full-time core position in the fall of 1983. He studied viola in New York where he attended Queens College, Manhattan School of Music, and the Juilliard School. Before coming to Knoxville he taught viola in Venezuela.
In addition to his work in the KSO, he does freelance computer technical support and serves as the webmaster for the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church and the Knoxville chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (respectively).
Heather Kistner is a dedicated leader with a proven track record of fostering positive change and building strong communities. Currently serving as the Congregational President at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, she leads efforts to develop systems for growth and progressive change. Beyond her church work, Heather is actively involved in social justice advocacy, serving as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and co-facilitating men's groups with a community non-profit surrounding domestic and sexual violence. Her professional experience in training coordination, project management, teaching all ages, has equipped her with strong communication, time management, and analytical skills. Heather's commitment to her community is evident throughout her all the areas she partners with. When she is not involved at a community event, she loves being out on the water in her kayak with her boys.

Maddie Kulpa has a strong background in financial operations. Starting her career in customer service at First Tennessee Bank, she later moved to Brinks for cash logistics experience. Joining Home Federal Bank in 2021, Maddie initially excelled as an ACH Operations Specialist before being promoted to Staff Accountant. In her current role, she applies her financial acumen to managing general ledger accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Maddie's career trajectory demonstrates her ability to excel in both customer-facing and financial roles. Her experience in cash handling, account management, and financial reporting positions her well for future opportunities in the financial industry.
Claire Federico is a dedicated user interface professional with a proven track record of success. With over 12 years of experience, she has honed her skills in building strong client relationships, streamlining processes, and leveraging her technical expertise. Her diverse experience includes roles as Content Manager and User Experience Specialist for clients such as HGTV/DIY network, Intuit and Silicon Valley Bank.
Throughout her career, Claire has consistently demonstrated her ability to improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and drive positive outcomes. Her technical proficiency in Wordpress, Sharepoint, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools further strengthens her capabilities. Claire's ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, coupled with her strong organizational and communication skills, make her a valuable asset to any team.
